Is this a good deal for a Lighting Kit?

and would it be a good kit to buy for my Portrait Studio?

That particular kit actually looks like pro gear, in the range of quality similar to the Calumet/Bowens lights. I've not heard of that brand, but it appears to be a fairly complete kit.
